FAQ

What is bringing a baby or toddler to a session like?

You will amaze yourself and your little one in class. I push moms over 45 minute sessions with varied components to hit all the most important parenting body parts. Every session will have a warm up, a period of practice or development focused on technique and form, a 2-5 circuits of high intensity interval training period. If your baby wants to be held I happily hold and coach. My focus is on you getting in the work that will make you stronger and happier as a parent. As your baby ages they’ll gain familiarity with exercise and be inspired that mom does so much! Some even like to join in on the fun in their own way with little 1 pound weights – I’ll always have that option around.

What if my baby is asleep?

Lucky you! You’ll get to treat the session like any other except with the sweet knowledge that your little one is nearby.

What if my baby is awake?

Lucky you too! You’ll get to set a fantastic example of fitness and self-care to your little one.

What if my baby cries?

All babies cry! One of the beauties of working out with other parents is that everyone understands this. You can always take some time off to nurture and soothe your little one AND I will always be game to hold your children while you get in the sweat. You are also welcome to continue the class wearing or holding your baby if you prefer.

What if my baby is actually a toddler?

If you have a child who is at home with you, then that baby or toddler is welcome to come along to a session. Classes are geared towards the post-natal body, but everything can be scaled up or down depending on parent fitness levels.

For your first time showing up about 10 minutes early will allow you to get acquainted with the space and the process, it’s recommended!
